The PHR for Everyone

A physician maintained patient health record.

Who Do You Trust With Your Medical Records?

Your health care provider makes sure their records are always up-to-date. Imagine if you could always have access to those files and could get to them when you needed them most.

That's exactly what you get with the simplifyMD PHR. Physician maintained medical records.

A Personal Medical Record is a collection of medical records completely maintained by an individual. It is up to the patient to make sure their records are complete and up-to-date. Many physicians do not trust personal health records.

Our Patient Health Record system is the same medical chart that is managed and maintained by an individual's physician.

We use the same encryption technology used by banks, online retailers, and by the government for securing classified data. All the records that patients can access are kept in the appliance that is kept on the premises (your data never leaves your building).

Normally, you wouldn't give anyone your login id or password. However, if it is medically necessary you can give an emergency or temporary provider access to your digital chart. With that access, the physician can view your medical history and existing conditions before treating you, without having to contact your doctor first.
