The Impact of simplifyMD

"simplifyMD has really allowed my practice to stay financially viable. In the last year alone I have been able to cut my full-time employees from 3.5 to 1.5, reduce the space I need to run my practice (since I no longer need a chart room!) in half, hence reducing the amount I rent, reducing my overall overhead by $60,000. I now use what was my chart room as a conference room in which I can hold educational seminars instead of having to rent space elsewhere! It's wonderful! I would have had to close my practice had it not been for the abilities simplifyMD has given my practice. I am a physician who probably spends much longer with patients than the average FP. While I only see 17-20 patients daily, it is a full day of work. I used to stay at the office until 9 or 10PM just finishing up paperwork. While my workload hasn't changed, I no longer have to be at work to do it! It's wonderful getting home, putting on my pink fuzzy slippers, curling up on the sofa with my kids, watching NCIS, and signing off charts. Furthermore, if a patient calls me after hours, I am no longer making decisions in a vacuum since I can log in and pull up their chart on the spot. It is also wonderful for those patients who claim that something was not done and I can go in and see exactly when the item was resolved as it is date and time-stamped. I loved working with Joe, my sales person, as he really took the time to listen to my needs and even was able to provide a reference to a Dr. Einstein in Atlanta, GA who is very similar in his ideals in the way he practices with mine. It was outstanding working with Jacquelyn, my trainer, who was patient in working around my schedule with training remotes and just an outstanding asset to have come onsite to finish up the training program. Finally, Arman in IT was great in that he was available to me day or night throughout the set up process."
