- Record Ownership - The patient records in your Digital Chart Room are owned by your practice and stay in your office, on your hardware, in your control.
- Pricing - simplifyMD guarantees to provide clear up-front pricing. Any deviations from the quote given shall be pre-approved by the customer.
- Transfer of Ownership - The Digital Chart Room can be transferred to new practice owners under the current terms and conditions without unreasonable charges or constraints.
